Return & Refund Policy

1.  Return Eligibility

Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

To qualify for a return:

Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags/labels attached.

Proof of purchase (order number/receipt) is required.

2.  Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene/safety reasons, the following cannot be returned:

Personalized/custom-made products

Intimate apparel, swimwear, or pierced jewelry (unless defective)

Digital products or downloadable content

3.  Return Process

Contact our support team at [email protected] within 30 days to initiate a return.

Include your order number and reason for return.

You will receive return instructions and a prepaid return label (if applicable).

4.  Refunds

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the item.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.  Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong/damaged item).

5.  Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to product availability.  Contact us first to confirm stock.

6.  Damaged/Defective Items

Report damaged/defective items within 7 days of delivery.  We’ll cover return shipping and provide a replacement or full refund.

7.  Late/Missing Refunds

If your refund is delayed beyond 10 business days, contact your bank/credit card provider first, then reach out to us for assistance.
